I turned the car off but screen was still on even after I exited and closed the doors. I went to a store for 15 min and when I returned screen was off and everything was back to normal. Very concerning. The reset procedure has been mentioned on here a few times as some such equipped models built between mid-September 2015 and December 2015 have a problem where the roof won't close when slid open. Hopefully the current model isn't going to suffer from roof related problems also. Former Kuga Titanium X 180PS AWD Powershift owner.
Wiring has changed, F9 (engine bay) feeds the luggage compartment distribution, if that is dead then doors, windows etc should also be dead. F24 (luggage) does the heated rear screen. The Starting Point. This is where we’ll all inevitably start with a Escape/Kuga/C-MAX Sync 3 conversion. Disassembly from here is fairly straightforward. First, we pop off the top trim of the 4″ display (using trim tools and force) and it will come off. Then we are presented with 7mm screws to remove the front panel and the 4″ display.

Take out the black Panel hood from the bottom. You will see a lot of fuses connected in the back. The fuse for the USB port is yellow and located on the right side in Ford’s F150, 2006 model. You can also find its fuse by reading the code in the manual. You can plug out the fuse and again plug in the same fuse.
