The 1.4 TSI is one of only four engines available at launch time. The others are the entry-level 84bhp 1.2 TSI, the pragmatic 104bhp 1.6 TDI and the 148bhp 2.0 TDI. The choice between petrol and
My wife is thinking of buying a Skoda Yeti 1.2 TSI with a manual gearbox and wants a car for up to 10 years although the mileage will not be high at around 7000 miles annually. Probably looking at a 2015 registered model. I have read that there have been quite a few low mileage problems, especially around the cam chain. I wanted to know if the engine was modified and if 2015 models are more| ዟ մеጵотυп ш | Лоմаւևጷዙ бխсፌса |

The 1.4 TSI engine is a turbocharged engine that has been in production since 2005. There are two versions of the engine, the EA111 and the EA211, with the latter improving the engine's reliability. The TSI engine utilizes turbocharging to improve performance and fuel efficiency. What's the difference between a VW-Audi 1.4 TSI and a caxa?
The A6 Jetta came with many engines throughout its production cycle: 1.2 TSI, 1.4 TSI, 1.6 MPI, 1.8 TSI, “2.slow”, 2.0 TSI, and 2.5 MPI. The 6th Gen Jetta brought back the “2.slow” Volkswagen engine that puts down 115hp and became the new base engine for cost and reliability purposes.
There's no way the 1.2 engine would accelerate to 100km/h in 8,9s. Just no way. I have the old 1.6 NA engine (102hp) and it would do 11.5s in the best conditions and mine has really short gear ratios for 1-2-3. Even with a slightly more potent engine, more torque than mine and slightly lighter car, there's no way it would get to 8,9s. In terms of oil consumption and engine reliability is the 1.2 tsi any better? Certainly from looking around the interweb there seems to be far fewer horror stories relating to the 1.2 tsi than the MLdgLD.
